Unfortunately, I have to write a bad review to make sure no one goes to this salon and has the same experience that I did. There were 4 major issues with this salon.
(1) They do not sanitize their tools like other salons. They do not open a new set from a sanitized package for each guest, and instead they seem to just rinse them in their sink. Not okay!
(2) While filing my nails, the manicurist sliced my finger tip with the edge of the nail file. There was no acknowledgement of this when I pointed out the cut and she continued to proceed with with filing. Needless to say, the use of alcohol on my nails later on in the manicure did not feel good and when I noticed they did not sanitize their tools at the end of the manicure as I would have expected, this concerned me even more.
(3) They put a scrub on my legs as a part of the pedicure. Immediately after, my legs started itching. I tried to ignore it until it would eventually go away, but the itchiness was too much and I had to ask them to provide a wet towel to wipe my legs off. After I wiped them off, without permission, they sprayed alcohol all over my legs. I usually do not have sensitive skin, so whatever scrub they are using is probably not okay for most customers.
(4) Finally, after one day, my nails have proceed to crack. Fine cracks across all nails, and larger cracks that will soon cause the paint to chip off on 3 nails. I have not submerged my nails in hot water to do dishes or done any other chores that would cause my nails to crack. The only cause that I can identify is that they are probably adding other ingredients into their nail polish because my OPI nail polish I use at home does not do this.
I don't like to write bad reviews, but I have to make sure that no one else has the same experience I did at this spa. The ladies that work their are kind, but the service was terrible. Do not waste your money or time here.

5 stars to my nail tech Paula, 4 stars to the business.
I am an ongoing customer at Perfect Nails. I like the environment and the fact that there are TVs there to entertain me while I get my services done. Kim and David have owned the store for quite some time and they have always been nice every time I've gone there. The staff does make the effort to remember your preferences if you become a returning customer.
I advise making an appointment because they do get quite busy at times, which is the reason I'm offering 4 stars versus 5. When they are very busy and you're a drop-in customer, I feel they could do a better job at trying to accommodate the guests who have to wait or come back. When I make an appointment, most of the time they are able to take me right at my appointment time. Sometimes they are still finishing up with someone else and I have to wait. But usually it's not too long.
My nail tech Paula has really gotten to know my preferences, which I really appreciate. She offers me extra services from time to time, but neither she or anyone else at the shop has ever been pushy about it. I started off with gel nails and I continue to get gel fills. The quality is always great, they are always shiny and they almost never lift. Paula is great at noticing when one is starting to lift and she handles it before it becomes annoying or problematic for me.

My first time here! They charge me way too much for my nails they said that they Grand opening promotion Kim said it's $40 for a full set then they charged me $50 what kind of promotion! I have never spent this much for my nails! And the girl that was doing my nails she wouldn't even wait for me to decide what I wanted to do she just started cutting my nails she pissed me off!
