In response to Elizabeth Grace. I go to Signature Nails either weekly or bi-weekly. (Depending on if I get regular polish or Gel) Ryan always does my nails and he has NEVER been rude to me or anyone in the place. The salon is very clean and all the girls are just wonderful. As far as the drawing goes.. It is NOT a scam. Your name goes in for the drawing as long as you pay cash. They have a customer draw the name. I have won a $35 gift card. This is a great perk !!! I know for a fact that Ryan stays long after closing time to keep his customers happy. I have had nothing but great service here and would and have recommended this place. 5 stars

Love, love, love this salon! Jessica (my nail tech) has NEVER let me down. I always leave with flawless nails. Also Jessica is absolutely the best at doing cat eye polish, looks amazing! I constantly have people ask me where I got my nails done. As for pedicures I always get great service. Lynn used to do my pedis and she is the best. Lately another lady has been doing them but I havent been disappointed. Customer service for me has always been great. If I break a nail (because of my own fault) they never charge me to fix it as I am a regular client. Reasonably priced for all services and very accommodating. The only thing I would recommend is that they offered different facials. Other than that five stars plus! Love the owner and Jessica! Also, I see a lot of reviews saying the owner is distracted and busy, please keep in mind this salon has steady clientele and he has to answer the phone, like any business would do! Will always go to this salon!

Paid 50 for a job that could have turned out way better. Might have been just the particular tech that I had but I did not love the way my nails turned out like they would elsewhere. Tech was rude to ask me to “relax” and keep my elbow on the table. I’m all about being nice to people providing me services but how can I relax if your poking me with your sharp nails constantly and cutting my cuticles with the nail drill and then applying stuff on it making it burn and being rude when directing me to do something?? I Only chose this place because it was closest to me. Glad there’s nail salons around every corner. Male there that tended to the lady next to me seemed nicer though

When I first walked in, wasn't greeted. Then they had 2 workers working on girls getting pedi's done and I sat there waiting for almost 10 mins. I was about to get up and leave
Then got my nails done and the up selling they true and push on you is crazy. Then I question why I was paying what they said and the man was so rude. All I wanted to know was why was I paying what I was paying. Dang son, calm down!
Not going back. Too many places I can go and will be treated better.
