I took my niece who is 5 years old for her first manicure and pedicure and they were so patient and good with her! Make her first experience amazing. My gel manicure and pedicure were very nice as well! Very happy.

I’ve been going to New Jersey Nails for over 2 years - and I’m always more than satisfied. The people who work there are VERY friendly & extremely professional. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. They’re the absolute BEST!!!

I had an appointment at 3pm waited an hour to get my service started. My pedicure chipped the night of, I asked to come back to get it fixed but Tammy was extremely rude and said that she does not have time for me and that I was supposed to come in on another day. GIVEN THE FACT THAT I HAVE A FLIGHT AND I AM TIGHT ON TIME.
I said if you can't do it, that's fine just refund me my money. She said "no refund for you". TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
It is not my responsibility to figure out her schedule, she was supposed to accommodate for what has happened; instead she was rude and was not helpful. In addition, Nail Clipper WAS NOT clean and sanitized, THEY USE THE SAME CLIPPER AND ELECTRIC NAIL FILE on all the customers in the midst of a pandemic.I did not comment, because i was in a rush after waiting over an HOUR to get my nails done.
Overall, terrible service! my family and I won't be coming back to this place again.

Unbelievably rude and horrible service! I get really horrible callus so dirt gets trapped under my skin. The man doing my pedicure aaked if I clean my feet in the shower? Stunned, I answered ofcourse I do but dirt gets trapped under my skin and that's why I need to have my callus removed. He then proceeded to scrape dirt from under my toenail and wiped it onto my foot! I handed him a paper towel and asked him to put the dirt on the towel and not on my foot. He responded that it was dirt from my own feet. After all of that, he proceeded to twist my foot sideways which hurt my ankle to remove the callus and when I told him that it hurt, he didn't care and continued to twist my ankle. He was rude the entire time and I asked him to stop and I didn't want him touching my feet. When I attempted to complain to the owner, he continued to yell at me and kicked me out!!!! Needless to say I was leaving, but I was utterly humiliated. The owners response was "sorry about that". This was my first and last time at this establishment. I'm not sure who that man is but he should not have any contact with customers as he clearly has zero tact and respect for people.

Never had such a disaster on my toes! And they call it "pedicure"!
Not worth a single star! Let your toddler do it for you, will look million times better! And, yes-I even paid for it, they were surprised I did not like it though....
