I love, love, love, these guys, small family owned operation. I have had a few techs there do my nails, have been happy with every outcome. I usually have an odd or off the wall idea and they make it happen! That's so great! personalized service can't beat that!

EDIT: the store manager reached out to me and asked for me to come back to give the shop another chance. I am MUCH happier with my nails the second time around. Friendly staff & manager is very friendly and wants to ensure you are happy with your services.
I waited two weeks to give this review to give the nails a chance even though I noticed small issues as I was leaving.
I got dip nails on my natural nail and gel polish change on my toes. My toes look fine from far away but not great up close. My nails are horrible. When I came in I asked her if they had something other than a gel top coat because those tend to peel off my nails and she essentially ignored me and didn’t answer my question. She rushed through my nails and I had to ask her to fix the shape of multiple nails (I only get square round and 4 of my nails were extremely round) and to fix the top coat where she missed spots (I’m generally not even the person to point this out but it was multiple nails). After leaving I found another missed spot but decided to let it go.
About a week after getting my nails done the dip began pulling up and the gel to coat was peeling off. Generally, I’m pretty easy to please with my nails and I realize dip nails pull up after a few weeks but I’ve been getting dip nails for 3 years and I’ve NEVER had this happen so quickly. I have attached a photo of my nails today exactly 1 weeks and 6 days after getting them done with no top coat left on them.
I will say the eyebrow wax was great & that’s the reason for the two stars instead of one.
I’m disappointed because I was hoping this would be my new nail salon after moving to the area but I will not be returning after this experience. I do remember the name of the tech that did my nails and would be happy to provide that to the owner or manager if they would like to reach out!

I’ve been going for two years and they’ve always done a decent enough job. However the last few times I’ve gone it’s just been hit or miss depending on who you get. Last time there was a girl training and the owner kept having to tell her what to do, I’m all for someone learning if I was paying a lot less. Today I went and my pedicure was okay but the guy who did my nails left 6 cuts on my fingers… 6! You think after the first 2 or 3 he would have slowed down and took his time. I’m definitely going to find a different salon.

I normally go to my salon in Colorado but I needed my nails done here. I am a firm believer that you should not experience any pain or cuts while getting a manicure. There’s really no reason why that is ever acceptable. The drill was used on my skin above my nail and it didn’t feel nice. I poured hydrogen peroxide on my cut when I got home and it bubbled and turned white so I decided to do it on all my nails and there’s more cuts than I thought.

First experience was not good. The 15$ shellac nails came off within 2 days on my daughters. For myself 30$ shellac, chipped on 1st day. When expressing this online, the manager Qui, reached out and wanted to make it right. The availability was very open. Inviting us to redo them. The service we got next was very pleasing, my girls were treated well and they left happy with their nails. Although the colors on display are not quite accurate, the techs work diligently on meeting your desired look. After my visit, Qui reach out within 10min of me leaving the shop just to make sure I was happy, and indeed i was. I would definitely visit again thanks to the managers understanding and customer service, they do great work and have great prices too.
