There is one lady (loosely stated) who is mean. She fussed at me for moving my feet in the water during my pedicure. “You spill water”. She acts as if she hates being there. There is no interaction with the client. The work is too hurried. I spent $40 for a pedicure with hot rock massage. I was done with nails dried in 30 minutes. I tried this place twice and I was disappointed as much the second time as the first. And when I checked out she asked for cash only and she didn’t ring the sale up. Sorry lady. I pay taxes and so should you. PLUSH NAILS all the way. . They are the best. Do not waste your time or money on love nails. You will be disappointed even the second time around

A great place to relax and be pampered. I have been using Love Nail for 2 years. Mimi, Michael and their staff are always finding new ways to give you satisfaction. Always finding new techniques. Try them soon. You will not be unhappy.

I walked in some time after 4 for a fill in. I didn’t leave until sometime after 6 with a fill in and a repair.
After sitting for 30 minutes they finally tell me to take my own polish off my nails and hand me a wad of cotton and some acetone. There where fibers from the cotton still stuck on my nail when he started filling them in. The unplanned repair happened when he started chipping away at a nail that was lifting. I’m pretty sure that if I wouldn’t of pulled the nail off my self they would of just tried to fill that in as well. My other nails are short stiletto nails and they didn’t even attempt to match the repair with my other nails. They where also really rough with my cuticles! All of my fingers stung when I left and I started bleeding from one still in the shop.
If maybe they focused on one customer at a time and not try and bounce around to 5 others this might be a good place, but until then I won’t return.

I have gone to Love for over a year now and have never had any problems until recently. Last week my sister and I went in to get a fill-in for her and a new set for me. The woman doing her nails was very rude, and Mimi was very rough in my hands. After asking 3 times for them to check my sisters nails to see if they were dry, they ensured me they were and we left. My sister bumped her nail not long after and ruined it. Today I went in to get one of my nails fixed, it has only been right around 5 days since my set was put on and the whole tip broke off. I was there for an hour and 40 minutes watching them serve people who had come in after me. They then charged me $15 to fix the tip of my nail. I will never go back.
