Exactly what everyone else is saying. Horrendous customer service experience. Until today, I've never walked out of a nail salon in the 15 years I've been getting my nails done, but I guess there is a first for everything. They changed their name to Kelly Nails, probably because of the horrible reviews they've received so I was tricked into trying this place. I sat for 20 minutes before they even started removing my gel polish, and during this time no one offered to even have me look through nail colors.
30 minutes into my Kelly Nail experience another tech asks a guy who has been wandering around and sitting on pedicure chairs to start my manicure. (They were on a wait because it’s Sunday and a lot of places in the area are closed) He quite obviously has an attitude about this and takes a minute to get out of the pedicure chair to walk over to me. When he sits down I tell him one of my nails is broken and to please be careful, I need to glue it or fix it. He barely acknowledged me speaking to him and continued to roughly remove my polish.
Polish is finally removed and I think he’s going to offer me nail color options, and at this point he just decided to RIP OFF my broken nail. Doesn’t ask or say anything about doing it he just aggressively tears the tip on my nail off. At this point, I decided to just get up and leave. He clearly wasn’t going to listen to me and wasn’t interested in helping me at all. I promptly went across the street to Tony nails and they FIXED the nail he tore off and did a wonderful job on the rest of my manicure
Skip Kelly Nails (or Queen nails) and head straight to Tony’s!!!

I go out of my way to come here. The pedicures are amazing. The staff is always nice and they play lovely music instead of having on a trashy show. I am a picky person and most definitely recommend coming here!

Great prices and good quality work!but this was really the best pedicure I have ever gotten. There was no wait today. The person doing my pedicure made sure my feet were smooth before I left. My toes and feet look fabulous! Will definitely go back.

The staff there were very polite and knowledgeable. The shop it very clean and a nice place to relax. The prices are reasonable. I'll be going back again.Thanks Kelly Nails

They do such a great job and really take their time pmpering you. I’ve never had a poor experience there!but things seemed to run pretty efficiently. This was my first time getting acrylics, so I did have a lot of questions. I was comfortable the whole time.
