Went twice in 2 years. Each time for highlights. Each time the bleach left red on ends of my hair. They kept telling me each time that they didn't want to damage my hair to completely get rid of it so I could never get what i wanted done.

The manager, Scott, is 100% customer service focused. After two years of utilizing their services for hair cuts I'm still surprised at the level of care I am given. Everyone involved with Empire is taught to respect and to treat all with the dignity they deserve. I have witnessed this ever time I have gone. Can't beat the price, either. Very unusual combination of empathy and value.

I love this school❗ They are very welcoming and very clean. I love how the teachers monitor the students and is there whenever they are in need. I graduated in 2013 and the school is still as great as it was before. 💯😍

Worst customer service I have received at a HAIR SALON ever. Was told they dont believe the customer is always right. but when it comes to hair, the customer is always right. i didnt want to punish the girls but after having a bad interaction and stopping the girls from finishing my hair because of an error not by my part, the customers part, but because you not communicating the right price im left with a half head of braids, Then it was styled the rest of the way and on my way out was told again they did too much and you would be charged way more for this style in the future. the style wasn't what i wanted and it's terrible if i had gone to a real salon and payed " real money" then I would not walk out looking like a train wreck guaranteed. This is a terrible thing to teach your students and is a perfect example of how much respect is lost in the world.

oh and Scott i have been in customer service for over 20 years and your wrong. This is not the way to talk to your customers. period. especially when it comes to beauty and developing strong clientele.

I have been here a number of times for my kids and once for me. I have only had one bad experience with a lady instructor who did not understand children. She kept getting on my kids for sitting in empty barber chairs... They were trying to spin them and trying to raise/lower them. My kids were not being rough/wild in doing it, just checking it out... But that lady made it seem like they were going to break it and seemed to expect little children to sit still. It was frustrating!
Now... Fortunately, I have not seen her again. All my other experiences have been great and everyone seems super friendly and helpful. The student that did my hair was awesome! This place has good prices and I like it. Remember though, these are students and they are learning.... Be kind and patient. They usually do an awesome job though!
