I’ve been getting product here for years. And sending friends there to. Today I could not, not even a mood polish. The woman stated for 2 1/2 years now you had to have a license. Well I was just there last summer. Oh well customer lost . Sad because they had a lot 🤷🏾♀️

I used to visit here quite often and it's very clear they've changed hands. And not for the better. I once went in and the lady barely would let me look around to see if I wanted to buy anything else I just stood at the counter while she fetched everything. Most the time when I come anymore they are closed 30 minutes or more before their stated closing hours. There is no sign stating they are closed or as to why they closed early. I wont be shopping here anymore.

I will never go here again. Not only are they selling old product but the lids were broken you could tell it was settling, the lady was rude and seemed to be making up prices as she went. Wanted 18.00 for 1 small pump dispenser bottle that was EMPTY. Nothing is marked, and they are trying to sell full retail and above for junk. Do not waste your time or money! I should have known better by the last reviews but I thought I'd give it a chance...sad I did! Go to Lunar or BMW on 30th Street! Nice people and good product!

I'm a licensed nail technician from Cincinnati, OH. I was in town visiting family. I was looking for a nail supply store and found this one. I took my mother and son inside. When I first got there, the woman at the register looked at me like what am I'm doing here. She asked if I need any help. I told her that I'm a license technician from Ohio and I wanted to look around. There were no prices listed on anything. I had to keep asking what the price was on each item. Then the other owner which is a guy, came up to me and said to watch my son like he's going to steal something!! My son is 6!!!
I felt uncomfortable at that time and when I looked up front to see the lady at the register, her eyes were glued to the tv monitor watching me and my family. I put the items back and left. I will not return to this place. I went to Sally's where I got better service. Yes, I paid a little more but I was treated with respect.

New owners are rude, I will not being going back. things are a complete mess and dirty and it stinks. I will be shopping on-line and at my local supply house prices are the same or better
