I had a damaged/partially missing nail and they did a repair and put an acrylic over it and it fell off the next day. This has happened more than once. Nails look good but have an upward slant instead of being more flat/realistic. Many employees speak little to no English so it makes it difficult to communicate and understand what they are asking. We made appointments but there is no reason to, they still just seat based on first come, first served. We had 4pm appts but had to wait until the 5-6 others who were already there were served and it was closer to 5pm before we got to go.

They were very nice. Love the long lasting polish, no more smudged nails. Had a pedi with my granddaughter she's 7, matching hot pink with sparkles!

Yesterday, I witnessed Chi and Henna screamed at Lennie. Lennie was in tear when she left the salon with her tools. This is not the first time I witnessed Chi yelling other female employees. Is this the way to treat your best nail tech? Their action make me think twice of supporting this establishment.

The woman who did my pedicure was so nice and cute! She did a great job on my spa pedicure which included a calf exfoliation, calf massage, foot pumice, hot towels, nail/cuticle shaping, GEL polish, and a foot massage for $45, which I think is great compared to any salon I’ve been to in mid-Michigan. The salon is super cute and clean. My only complaint is that they play Fox News on the tv while you’re getting your pedicure done which isn’t super relaxing, but I’m not going to let it affect the 5 star review because I had a good time overall and I’m super happy with the results.

I’ve never been here before but I looked at the pictures and they looked amazing! They were so friendly there and they do your nails just to your liking. You can show them pictures of ideas and they can do it! Pretty good prices too. I’m definitely coming back!
