I went in for a pedicure for the first time. I had a man do my pedicure. He cut my toe nails and took a big chunk out of my skin as he was clipping. He did not apologize and just shook his head. I have been putting antibiotic cream on it and the polish he applied does not even cover the whole nail. Very unsanitary and unorganized. Will return to my original salon, only went here because my daughter goes twice a year for a pedicure. She will not return either.

What I asked for vs what I got... I won’t be back. The pedicure was good but the nails were the worst I’ve ever gotten. I was pressed for time and they insisted on doing them. I never rushed them through the process, I actually asked them if they wanted me to come back. The staff was nice but this is unacceptable and not worth the $45 I spent. I will now need to go elsewhere to have them fixed.

No, No, & NO! From the owner kicking back at the Front desk with his bare feet up on the desk, the screaming match in the back room between the two possible owners, a young male tech (not mine) watching intently while scratching his head & fluffing the dandruff out of it on to the floor next to him, the pre-election streaming news on their TV, clear lack of understanding English to no clean towels...I was their first customer of the day & now I know why I did not see any other customers in 3 hours time! I do not recommend this place irregardless of price!!!

I was at this salon a few days ago. The lady who did my nails was nice and professional, got to work right away. However, while doing my nails, she cut all of my fingers at least once, a few to the point of gushing blood. It should not be painful to get my nails done. She did not clean this up, and I now have blood trapped under some of my nails. On my thumbs, she placed the nail OVER my cuticle, and everytime I do anything with my thumbs, it tears up my cuticle and makes me bleed all over again. Extremely extremely painful. My nails were overall rushed, look lazily done, and I went home with my hands COVERED in glue! I've been peeling glue off my hands for two days. Not to mention, I was charged 50 dollars for nails that are causing me excruciating pain, causing me to bleed after the process is already over, crooked designs and nails, as well as glue covering my hands. I'll never be back at this salon.

There appear to be new owners here and I am not happy about it. The guy that did my pedicure did an awesome job but the guy that did my manicure not so much. My hands are dried out from using so much hand sanitizer which I commented on and he put lotion everywhere but on my hands and fingers. She really messed up my eyebrows and thinned them out too much and they are uneven so it looks like one of my eyebrows is slightly raised as if in a questioning manner. I would recommend for a pedicure but nothing else if what I experienced is a demonstration of their overall skill and products.
