Don’t waste your time and money here. I agree with a lot of one start reviews here. The customer service is awful and the staff including the manager/owner lady is super rude.
My gel nails chipped in two days. I spent over $100 on them. When i went to get them fixed she started saying it over and over that i am one day late. Which i agreed was my bad but she kept being rude.
When i asked can someone help me with the color as I don’t seem to remember which one i used. She started shouting and kept repeating that I should have remembered it and she cant do anything. I told her i am just asking for help but she kept blaming me.

I’ve had the best service at this salon and it’s beautiful inside. My nails are back to being strong and healthy. I did dipping powder and the technician was great. I realized they have all kinds of Spa services and an expert in microblading too!

I came here to get SNS dip powder nails. I was greeted by Holly and she then proceeded to do my nails. She was very friendly and interactive throughout the whole session. She took time to perfect my cuticles and file my nails to the shape I wanted. By the end of the session, my nails have never been more beautiful! She took the time to make sure each nail was dipped thoroughly and dry before leaving. I even bumped my nail and she made sure to fix it before I walked out of the salon. Also, my daughter and niece enjoyed their kids pedicures very much. I will definitely be coming back again soon.

The Glossary is a beautiful renovated salon in RTC. The staff are all wonderful and kind. The salon itself is extremely clean and there is a wide selection of nail polish colors. Lily is my go-to person for all services- manicures and waxes! She is the best. I’ve been going to her for years and I trust her 100%! I highly recommend The Glossary and Lily!

The rudest customer service! I’ve been there 4 times, thinking it will get better, but today was the last straw. This is a convenient location for me and I really wanted to like this nail salon. I’ve never been greeted or welcomed, for starters, the atmosphere and attitude is very dismissive. Appointment times mean nothing, I’ve scheduled several times and had to wait for 30 minutes because they take walk ins and do not honor your appointment or value your time or customer loyalty. When I politely inquired today about how much longer I’d have to wait, or if I could have another tech, the owner actually said “what do you want me to do about it?”
Absolutely nothing! I’ll go elsewhere where my time and business is valued.
