I got my nails done yesterday and they were dip i never even saw a menu or anything. It was my second time going to this location. They charged me 40 the first time for what I got. (Which is the same thing the second visit) My nail tech was very friendly and did a good job. Although 50 for dipping is ridiculous most places are 35 with a tip or not, and for short almond shape is usually 40. She charged me 5 dollars for a shape and 5 more dollars for adding a tip. I know it’s covid and all and businesses aren’t making money like usual but, over charging customers isn’t ok either.

I love the atmosphere. First place I have gone that I don't feel lost. I didn't have to wait and the guy in the front desk was so attentive. I don't know the guy's name that did my nails but he did such a great job. They will keep seeing me.

I am not happy with my nails, overly priced for the quality. Went back today to get them fixed and they look worse. They asked if my nails looked better and I just said yes and left. No point to even saying anything at that point if I didn’t even see a change. Don’t get me wrong every one is really nice but I am paying for nail service. I never like to write reviews but I am disappointed I paid $105 total.

The service and ambience were all fantastic. The services provided by the professional management and staff are the main reasons that we keep coming back. The old world elegance is a rare thing, and we value their focus to make sure that everything about the salon experience is excellent. I highly recomend this nail salon.

I got a mani/pedi done here on Friday 1/31 around 5:30 pm ...it has not been a full 48hrs since then. Today is Sunday. Its 3:30ish. & my color is already chipping. I paid $85 + 20%tip. This place is too expensive for my color to be coming off already. Extremely disappointing. Will not be returning. Plus the boy who was doing my pedi kept poking the the girl who was doing my nails in the butt with his finger, right in front of me, as she was working on my nails. Maybe the have that kinda playful relationship but she seemed uncomfortable to me & I found it super unprofessional either way.
