I was at Regency Nails today, I had been going there for almost a year, lately I feel riiped off. They give you a card and don't ask for it to initial after so many times you get $5.00. I told them they skipped initialling 2 times with Nina, she can't speak english and apparently can't do math either. (it's an act) They would not own up to the last 2 visits and said no to the $5.00 off. Last time I went in July, 2018, I had a $100.00 gift card I received as a gift. I had the exact same services today, as I had last month. Nina charged me $10.00 more, this is just bad business. The place isn't that clean and they speak in another language which is very annoying when they are working on you or talking about you, as they were today.... I know a few words.... I would not recommend Regency Nails in Aurora, Ohio to anyone... Bad business, high prices, no customer service Also a rip off. This isn't the first time this has happened there. Very low quality..

My nails were extremely loose and not secure. The paint job was however nicely done but the acrylic nails themselfs were horrible. Within 7 hours one of my nails is almost off. The tips of the nails are very thick and piled up with acrylic powder leaving the nail very large. Customer service was very nice. All employees were nice and respectful it’s just the acrylic service that bothered me.

Went here for a birthday party with 10 other littlr girls. They were fully staffed for the party which made it nice and quick. Small sitting area and it was really warm in there. Otherwise, great experience!
