I tried a new place outside of Muncie after my last 2 experiences-the last one I ended up with antibiotics!
We ended up here at V Nails and I had a good experience! My nails look and feel good! The pedicure is well done too. I miss the hot stone massage that I’ve received at other salons.
We’ll be returning.
The salon was clean, well lit, no clutter and the massage chair was much better than the others I’ve tried at other salons!!

Very Unfriendly and Unwelcoming to African Americans. They don’t want us in their place of business. Walked in, you would have thought a ghost stepped into their salon. Visiting from Wisconsin. No worries will never be back… you’re welcome!!!!!!🙋🏾♀️😉told me it would be a long wait!…me: How long.. male receptionist reaaaallly long!..me: How long… a couple of hours.

Never been disappointed very friendly staff and professional. If you take in a design you like they will do their best to match it. I will never go anywhere else. They even take special care of my granddaughter 💕

I understand that Sundays are busy for the few open nail salons in town (which is why I wound up at V-nails, because most others were closed) However, over-booking appointments is very unprofessional and rude! V nails over books to maximize their profits and has no respect for their customers' time. I called ahead at 2 pm and was told to come at 4:30, I got there 10 mins early, the waiting room was packed with 6 girls who were all told to come at 4:30 as well. After waiting for over an hour I ended up walking out. The salon is pretty dingy, the nail polish selection wasn't very good and a lot of the bottles were messy and crusty around the edges. Based on that, they are definitely not worth over a one hour wait. I wish they didn't lie and tell me I had a 4:30 appointment so I could have tried to go to a better salon before they closed. Do yourself a favor - if you have responsibilities and a life and don't have all day to wait around, don't book an appointment with V nails!

Great choices, friendly and efficient service. Fair prices. As of today, still requiring appointment.
