I received a pedicure and a full set (nails) medium length. I paid total $89 with a $10 tip. No more than 10 mins after I left, I was driving and noticed my nail was broke. Literally cracked at the tip. I turn around and head back to the salon, they tell me I have to come back later because now they are busy. 5 hours later I come back with now 2 broke nails. Did nothing but click my seatbelt. I get a woman to fix them. My biggest problem was her BLAMING me for
The broken nails. She said I needed to be careful 😂 like no way is my nails supposed to break that easily in less than 10 mins. It’s clear that he didn’t put much if any acrylic. Scamming paying customers and then blaming them. Black woman love long nails & if you don’t want to do them correctly then don’t offer the service. PERIODT

Bad customer service. No smiles. Not pleasant. Doesn’t communicate with customers. Not the place to go if you want to enjoy a relaxing experience or even an “ok” experience. Unfortunately I won’t be returning.
