Since moving here a few months ago, I've come to Tracey nails and have always been pretty satisfied. However, my last visit was rushed and the work was sloppy (all I wanted was a basic Mani/pedi- no acrylic nails or anything that would require extra effort). The lady, I believe her name was Sonnie, Sunny- not sure of the spelling did both for me.
She was nice, but as soon as other patrons started to come in, she began rushing. Clipped the cuticles on multiple toes and the polish on my toes looked bubbly as she just put multiple layers of it on. Then she gets to my Mani... Didn't ask if I wanted my nails cut down, she just started filing away and begin clipping my cuticles. Dipped my hands in a bowl of water, AFTERWARDS--dried them and then buffed them in all of about 5 minutes. I nicely asked her to cut my nails, file and buff them smooth and can I have some lotion or oil on those cuticles please??🙄 Anyways, I would probably return, because anytime I've gone previously, they have taken their time to do a great job, no matter how busy they are. however she will not be the one to provide any services to me. Was very disappointed in that visit. It was a total waste of what was supposed to be a relaxing hour or so and not to mention the money spent.

If I could give negative stars I would. Horrible attitudes, very rude & will try to over charge you. I really wish it were more good black owned nail salons close by. Ugghhhhh 🙄 I would NOT suggest this establishment!!!

This is his girlfriend and I have been coming here for over two months the first time my nails started falling off I let it slide. It’s Tuesday and I just had them done and two finger nails are already gone and a third one coming off. I come up to get it fix and I don’t see the lady who did them so they tell me I have to wait til tomorrow and I’m like for what I didn’t wait to give you my money. Bad place the won’t get my service no more. And even the people I referred hated their experience and they got sns and some where fat some where oval and some where square. And they started falling off and breaking off in less than a week.
