I’ve been coming here for about a year now and I have no complaints! The quality of work reflects the price. You get what you pay for here. I came in 10 minutes before closing on Sunday and they serviced me for my dip set and my pedicure and I was in there until 7:30(they closed at 5). Not one complaint from anyone, they didn’t rush, they took their time! I love it here!

I’ve been going to Lux Nails for over 3 years and have been getting my nails done for over 20 years. I have stayed loyal to Lux because the quality is great! My job is very rough on my hands and I can go 3 weeks with out any issues. Not to mention, I’m always receiving compliments on my nails too. The service has always been very pleasant and welcoming also.

Ivy has been doing my gel nails for about 6 months now and I'm happy to say, she is one of their best nail techs. Ivy makes sure your nails look amazing and that you are happy with the end results which means a lot to me since a lot of these nail salons you don't get this level of services. Not to mention she talks with you during your appointment which is nice, When going to Lux Nails ask for Ivy you will not me disappointed.

Went in for the first time for eyebrow wax. 9:30 AM, front and back doors were both open, how safe is that, a weirdo could walk right in the back door! 3 ladies were there getting pedicures. There appeared to be only one older lady working. She applied the wax, I thought to myself, that feels pretty warm. She made 4-5 quick pulls. Barely tweezed the tiny strays. No shaping, no arch. I looked in the mirror, thought to myself, whatever, I just want out of here, she's useless anyway. When I got home I was in pain and saw the burn and irritation just lateral to my left eye. Wax DOES NOT go there! I think I will report this to the licensing board.

I have been going to see Cindy for about a year now. She listens to what I want every appointment. I come every four weeks to get dip powder and pedicure. She is always on time and very professional. She is very sweet and pleasant to talk to. My nails never chip and always still look good 4 weeks later, excluding my natural nail growth.
