I came near Christmas Day. I had a new job opportunity. Sat down with a guy, and showed him a few pictures of what I had in mind. He struggled with shaping and styling the acrylic nails to my nail beds. This is the biggest part of the job.. plus, he was trying to leave so that was not a plus for me either.
Then came the design, which came out okay after I went right back in right after I had left 🫣 to get it fixed. If you have to bring another lady around to do the designs because the technicians are unable and untrained that’s a bit sketchy. The tips were okay but not matching on both sides. No touching or pushing back of cuticles either.. is this a new salon trend? Maybe he is new.. then after almost a week I notice how grown out my nails were! Instead of two weeks of nails I got shy of a week. Which is fine once in a blue moon, but all the time, I may start to feel targeted. You make more money if individuals are having to come back sooner. If you look at the pictures, I left a review sent to me by the business via text. They asked me to reach out so they can fix it. They proceeded to tell me on the phone that nails buds grow at different rates, and they can’t fix that ☠️. I asked if she could at least take a look, and she said nope 👎🏼. If you looked at them right now, it would be like wow there is no way that’s only a week. Good luck 🍀

I've never left a bad review so I don't do this lightly but I don't understand how such poor quality service can cost so much. I got a gel manicure and the color is nowhere near my cuticle.. 5 days later it looks like I got them done weeks ago. They're also very lumpy. My mom got her nails done at the same time and was unhappy with the shape and the ombre color.

I went to get a full set and pedicure last week and the pedicure was amazing, the service , everything but when it came time for my nails the guy did an awful job and when I asked him to fix it he acted like I was a interruption or a burden to him. My nails still look bad. He didn’t push back my cuticles or neaten them up so my nails already need to be filled. If I go back this guy certainly will not be doing my nails again

Detailed and was not rushing. My manicurist was friendly not as chatty with me nor each other so it was a nice and relaxing experience. The small chatter they had was work related and to coordinate services not the gossip yapping you find in some salons. Very professional and great teamwork. The owner gentleman helped me with my socks and shoes as I have left side paralysis from my stroke in 2012. I’m a medically retired Manicuring instructor of 25 years and I’m impressed. Let’s talk about the sanitation aspect. Sealed pouches means use of autoclaving equipment. Even if they utilized manual disinfection, sealing of sets of implements signifies great care and responsibility attitude towards Sanitation and disinfection. Their price is fair for the quality they put out.
