Brought my mom in to be pampered a bit since she helps me with my twin boys. We never get a day out. Spent $120 plus $10 in tip for the worst job we’ve ever had done. Just look at the pictures, we got them done yesterday. You tell me.
We called, addressed the situation that we were not going to sit for another two hours before they get us in, and fix our nails. Not to mention, I paid a baby sitter so we could get out of the house and get our nails done.
I told them who we were and that we both got a mani and a pedi. Our pedicures were decent, well the paint stayed on anyway. I asked for a refund for our nails, willing to provide pictures, since we have zero time to go back. The man acted like he couldn’t hear us, then we called back on another phone. Told him again and he said, “well, how can I help you?”. Very unprofessional and it’s unfortunate because we use to love this place. So here we sit both with terrible chipping nails, and we’re out all that money. I will never go back, and I will do what ever I can to show people their lack of care for their services, so no one else gets taken advantage of.

I have been to so many nail Salons and this is hands down (no pun intended) the best service and hospitality i have ever received. I have come back many times and the service never fails. Thank you Lux!

The man that did my nails did an amazing job. Lux was highly suggested by a friend and I am not disappointed at all with the results! The environment is inviting and comforting. I was surprised to walk in and see how beautiful it was inside. I love my nails and plan on coming here more often.

My daughter and I went in and got our nails done. We loved it! Stephanie, the nail tech was amazing. Wouldn't recommend going as a walk-in. We waited well over 1.5 hours to be seen. But my daughter enjoyed it, so that's all that matters.

All super sweet! Even though they were busy they were super understanding and paid attention to detail. They did amazing on my nails and turned out exactly how I wanted!! Definitely will go back again :)
