They do a great job. These Vietnamese Men/Women do a good job, despite Vietnamese being their first language. The staff are friendly, and I enjoy talking with them!

So I came here since it had great reviews and it was 6mins from my job. I wanted to get my dip nails redone. Now I had told the lady on the phone I had to leave by 2:45 to get back to work. She insured me it would take 1hr to complete. I got there 1hr and 20mins before I had to leave. Now the tech was nice and had got my nails shaped the way I want. But she got glitter in a few nails that weren’t supposed to have glitter and cut me on 2 fingers. As well as a rippled look from the polish on one nail. Than it wasn’t completed till 3pm. I had to be at work at 3. So I’m really mixed about my experience at this location.

It was a very respectful place and also they informed me the form a place that I have been going to was at Walmart and they had gave me a nail fungus and they refused to put a nail on that particular two fingers that I had a fungus on and let me know that the let just let it grow out and then they will place the nail on there it was very informed and I greatly appreciate the the the notice of what they realized and not even get that nail field so I appreciate them very good comes up

The pedicure was good, but the rest of the experience was horrible. They have the policy where they do a pedicure and manicure at the same time, but they turn off the massage feature on the chair for it. The chairs are not comfortable enough for that to be ok. Then, if you get a young male nail tech, he'll make you more uncomfortable by never speaking, making you move your hands with aggressive gestures, and doing a dip over your clothes with no towel. I was unable to enjoy any of my experience because of how the man did my hands, the woman doing my pedicure did a great job, but unfortunately I could not enjoy any of it. Then to top everything off he throws a towel into my hands and then gets flustered when I don't know what he wants me to do with it after "washing" my fingers. Dude how am I supposed to know you want me to dry my hands? When you just swatted at my hands to not do that? And then to make matters even worse, he didn't even clean up the skin around my nails. Will try and attach pictures.
