This store isn't what it used to be, the place is always a mess and there is only one person in each department. Don't go shopping there if you're buying for babies or toddlers. The clothes are all mixed together and you can find a single item in there. Good luck finding the right size for your child. Also found a staff member hiding in the dressing room. Talk about being paid for free, let me apply and get paid for hiding and playing with my phone. This place has turned into a sad messy joke.

Very good and excellent dresses. Nice blend of colours very quality and reasonable prices, JC Penney dresses are quality in all their item great job JC

I came for the sephora. Never been to this location before today. I felt like the Sephora store was small and cramped. It was so closed in there was the tiniest entrance at the front of the "section" that is considered Sephora. And then its like your in a tight maze. The sephora employee greeted me and was very polite. He was busy doing makeup on a customer and I'm glad he didn't ask me 5 times if I needed help, because I know my way around a Sephora. I didnt go much farther into the jcpenney. Overall experience just ok.

This place was busy on a Saturday but this store has a great selection of clothes for men and women..
