Very clean. My pedicure came with individually portioned scrubs/lotions/oils which I loved. Usually places dig in the whole container of whatever they need with their wet gloves hands that have already touched your feet. Every set of tools is sealed in a package whick looks like its been in an autoclave. Laura did my pedicure and rocked the french tip on toes that had NO length. Gel mani was so-so. She could have done better on sealing the ends by polishing the very ends/underneath. Very happy over all

Decided to try this place a second time even after a mediocre experience over a year ago. I was glad they accommodated me with one foot in a cast. Unfortunately I had to remind the tech (short blonde cut) that she never cleaned the cuticle on my right foot before she started painting. After she did that she never poured the alcohol on the toes to clean the filing dust or dead cuticle skin and again started painting.
