I decided to try this place since it's so close to home. It is so beautiful and clean inside! Steven did my nails and they look the best they ever have! On top of that, he was so fast which is awesome for busy people like me. Very kind smiling faces work here, I would definitely recommend. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

This is the only nail salon I will go to. Service is perfect and staff are friendly. I look forward to my time spent here. I have been a repeat customer for over a year now and have not been unhappy. Thank you charming nails.

This place does not even deserve one star. I have given it several chances. BEWARE!!!!!!! The OWNER NICOLE is the RUDEST human being I have ever encountered. She also does not care about quality of the customers nails, only the quantity she can fit in a day. I tried several times to speak nice to her, to stay quiet, and even just to simply ask her to file my nails down and she doesn’t even respond. When she finally does, she snaps at you saying you should have stated what you want before! She claimed she did coffin nails on me, didn’t tell me there would be an up-charge and DIDNT EVEN DO THE COFFIN shape! She wanted me to walk out with one hand of nails longer than the other. I told her that the right hand looked like they broke and fell off and asked how she would let me leave. She didn’t even care!! And the rest of the workers there are terrible too. LUCY is the worst! She makes THICK HUGE nails. I left looking like I had bubble gum shaped on my nails. She’s lazy and doesn’t file them the way they need to be. And her son KEN gives the WORST pedicures. There was extra skin on 3 of my cuticles. Beware of this place!! They claim to charge you $25 for a pedicure, then when they get you in the door, they tell you it’s an extra $10 for cuticle cleaning. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. I normally never do YELP reviews but this place deserves the worst review and for all the ladies to know where their money is going. Oh AND TO BOOT, I got a finger hangnail infection from this place and had to go to a doctor just because the cellulitis was so dangerous. Not even clean. I cannot believe I gave this place so many times but NICOLE does NOT deserve anyone to spend their precious time or money there. I will gladly PAY whatever it costs to get nice, pretty, CLEAN nails but it was not at this place. I don’t care how desperate I am, I will never ever go there and give them one red penny. Undeserving place with a nasty attitude.
