Hide a wonderful experience here today! The woman who did my hair was not only kind but she took her time and did an amazing job. She was extremely honest about the process I was going to take to get the results I wanted and made sure I was happy along the way. Her name is Cameron! I would strongly recommend her and her trainers were all fantastic very helpful and kind

Beware of this business and their shady practices!!
This company is falsely advertising promotions without the intent of honoring them, which is highly unethical as well as illegal under state and federal law!!!
I had a similar experience as many others. This company does not change the language with Groupon and Now require proof of ID as to who you are. They do not stand by their deals and are doing some false marketing to get in the door, hoping you just won't redeem the offer or go through the trouble of requesting a refund. I've never been there but share a name with someone who has so I'm not allowed to use the Groupon I purchased.
Mary the reception person was so mean and rude and has no problem using profanity with guests. Really awful interaction. UPDATE: turns out she lied about her name even though she asked me to disclose my full name and DL number!

I brought my 16 yr old daughter in to riccis academy on a saturday to have a cut and color. Lizz was the student, and Charlie was overseeing the students work and i am so amazed at how beautiful and nice 4they did my daughters hair they did Everything to make us comfortable and happy. I absolutely recommend Riccis, the atmosphere is great and people are very friendly.. Charlie is very thorough and so nice and very knowlegeable and a great singer!

My stylist was Tom and he did a great job!! He was really friendly and nice and did everything to make me feel comfortable. And my hair came out great. I had full foil highlights and a haircut. I love it!! Thanks Tom :)

First time at the academy- Had Shampoo , cut & blowdry- Zahar was my stylist.
Taking into account that she is still learning- she did a great job with the help of her instructor,
to cut my hair like the photo I brought along.
Zahar was a pleasure to talk with, a bit nervous, but confident at the same time.
Salon has a nice vibe.
Will be going back for color- great low cost hair chair option, you should check it out.
