Unfortunately I wasn't able to get an oil change that day for at all since I live in a different County. But I was extremely pleased with the professionalism and courtesy. The receptionist along with one of the mechanics were very happy to assist me in finding another reputable mechanic nearby that could accommodate my needs. To speak highly of her competition is a rare quality of a business in that the person or company willing to admit any imperfection implies a complete awareness of all the aspects surrounding their particular line of work. Though I cannot speak of the service itself, the overall feel was positive and polite. I can honestly say if I lived in that area I would have no problem trusting them with my vehicle. I own my own small business and understand the importance of customer satisfaction and the way people treat potential customers is a very accurate representation of the way they treat their current and longstanding customers.

George Automotive provides excellent customer service. Jon in Danville was especially accommodating in helping us get financing, loaners, and calmness in a stressful situation. When my car started having issues at the end of the day, Jon and the mechanics stayed after closing to meet me and identify the problem. Knowing I have a warranty for their work also gives me peace of mind that other providers don't offer. Highly recommend.

Brought my car in for a tune up, oil change, wheel alignment, and a left rear wheel hub whatever thing. I thought the prices were great compared to previous services I got done. I have a Subaru Legacy and I’ve paid for a $120 oil change before. Here, it was less than HALF that with a coupon! My car sounds and runs much smoother now! The only thing that annoyed me a bit was they had my car for almost 3 days and I was told it would be done the same day of drop off. I also had to call to ask about my car, they didn’t reach out to me. I ended up having to walk there to pick my car up because it was the only day I wouldn’t have someone to drop me off. Kaitlyn at the desk is very nice and makes me feel more confident dropping my car off here knowing she works here. 10/10 will come back

Took my vehicle here for an issue with my brakes along with an oil change. Thought this place was somewhat decent as they send out advertisements with coupons for services and my boyfriend has taken his vehicle there for oil changes. Ended up with a $1400 bill (originally 1500, they had a discount for $75 off a service over a specific amount). They never put air in my tire when doing my tire rotation/oil change which it states that is provided under the services. The next morning after picking up my vehicle I had a low tire pressure light on. The issue with my bakes was the most expensive thing, however, I was told it needed to be done.
On my receipt there was a section about denied services they stated that I denied. The three “denied services” was never communicated to me, not sure how I denied them since it was never communicated to me. Regardless, some of those “denied services” seem to just be ways for them to rack up your bill and make money off you.
Definitely won’t be coming back here as they seem very high with prices for such a small shop. Not to mention they have a service advisor like it’s a dealership garage. Save your money and go else where!

George Automotive Service performed great service both for my car and through customer support. They explained thoroughly what needed to be done and what work could wait. They kindly respected what service I would like to defer and did not pressure me into making a decision immediately. I would definitely recommend.
