Princess Nails has been my go to salon since 2012. There is a reason why myself and so many other customers are so loyal and have been going to the salon for years: the staff. Princess Nails is such a gem. Danny, Lee, and the staff are amazing who go above and beyond to make sure you are relaxed and enjoy your nail services. They do a fantastic spa pedicure, have a wide variety of colors for manicures, and consistently give the best massages. Thank you for being a Main Line staple!

Visited Philly and decided to try this nearby salon getting gel for the first time. Unfortunately my nails are sloppy. My tech seemed less experienced and also didn’t put that much care/patience around my cuticles. Her English was very limited too.
She went too quickly when cleaning them and trimming cuticles, and I actually bled on one finger. I asked her to please slow down on the next hand, but she seemed upset and just stopped doing the cuticle cleaning completely. As a result, that hand has an unevenness at the cuticle and looks grown out right away. There is also some pooling of thicker nail polish.
However, the colours we picked were good for the pink shimmer that I wanted - the receptionist helped with that and the English translation, and I appreciated it.
Otherwise, more training is needed for nail techs for a better customer experience.

This seemed to be the place to go for friends in area. I usually go to Fiji nails but gave princess nails a try. This place was just okay. I selected the spa pedicure. It was the fasted, most underwhelming pedi I’ve ever had. There was nothing special. The up charge for fixing a broken toe nail ( I asked for a little acrylic to fix a chip in nail) and gel polish was $27.00. That’s Wild to me.
Place was clean.

Love this nail salon. Clean, attentive, deliver high quality results. A little pricier than some options in the area but definitely my favorite. Really need to schedule an appointment
