I stopped by for a gel nail manicure. I waited an hour for Joe. He does a fabulous job. That's why he's so in demand. Next time I will make an appointment. Everyone was very cordial and accomodating. My purple nails look awesome! Five stars❤️

I signed in today to get a manicure/pedicure. There were several people waiting. The receptionist was in the back of the salon chatting with other employees. I waited 45 minutes. Other people came in and were taken ahead of me. Again, no one from the salon said anything. I, along with 3 other people, left without any services. No one said anything. This is the second time this happened. I will not go back.

First time coming in for a pedicure. Water was cold and she rushed through the process since I didnt want my nails painted. Other customers were getting warm towels around there legs but she never offered one for me or anything else except an extremely basic pedicure. Had to go home and use my pumice stone on my feet to finally get them smoothed. Will not be back.

6 months ago I gave y'all five stars. I've been coming to y'all for a year. I was just at booth 8. She couldn't understand me and it was very confusing. Then she says I have to pay her at booth. She didn't even paint the tips. So I said " Aren't you going to paint them" She goes $5 more dollars, pay now" That's fine but I always pay at counter and she got a $5 tip. My worst nail job ever!!! Sorry to say all this I've just always had a great experience and I drive an hour to get them done!!! No five stars today!

I am in town for business and I felt like getting my nails done for a relaxing evening. I selected regular polish for my nails and from the time I sat down with Emily she was extremely rude. She said that she hates doing regular polish and I was wasting her time. After she begrudgingly finished my nails the salon allowed a woman in who was begging for money. As my nails were drying the awkwardness of someone standing over me asking for money made me feel compelled to say yes. After I gave the woman money I noticed that one of my nails was smudged and when I asked for a touch up Emily was angry. She whispered loud enough so that I could hear, “you shouldn’t have been cheap for only $15 more you could have gotten gel.” After I informed the staff of the poor service I received an apology from the ladies up front as staff laughed in my face and proceeded to text on their cell phones. I will never return and make sure to inform others of the poor service I received.
