A coworker told me about this place last year and when I went for the first time I received good service and the hot stone pedicures were a bonus that kept me coming back a few times. Today was the first time this year that I've visited them. My vacation starts tomorrow and I thought I could get a pedi and a full set acrylic tips. The guy that I used to go to was not there instead I had an annoying new guy who rushed me while I was picking out my nail color after I had only walked in a minute prior to. He asked if I wanted my toe nails clipped... I said just a little.. He basically chopped and butchered my toe nails. Way too low and not straight. Burned me with the hot stone. Then got an attitude when I asked for a 3rd coat for the thinned out yellow polish that I picked out. When it was time to start my nails, after gluing the tips on, he asked what shape I wanted I told him coffin (the same shape I've been getting for the past 5 years of my life). He told me extra $5 which I was already aware of since I called and asked for the pricing prior to my arrival. When it came down to the length, they wanted to charge an extra $10 for the same short length I've been getting for years and have never been upcharged for. I was completely upset and asked for him to remove the nail tips that he had glued on and he told me that he'd have to charge me $10 to take them off. I ended up taking them off myself because I refused to give them anymore of my money. To add on to all of that. Every guest that walked in was offered something to drink except me. THE worst nail salon experience I've ever had in the 12 years that I've been getting my nails done in NY and NC. I ended going to Celebration Nails where they treated me with respect and offered me a drink of my choosing.

Couldn’t get cat shaped nails correct and powder isn’t evenly distributed on my nails. Was a complete waist of my time and money!!!
