I have been coming to Art Nails for about 10yrs back when Kevin and his wife owned it and even with new owners I still get great service. They're always nice & friendly & personable, they've even hired 2 young black women in there now. I will say some do more quality work than others. Ericka & Vee ALWAYS have my nails PERFECT! But if they're busy I don 't mind Jordan doing my nails, he's good too.

First visit I waited over 4 hours for Jordan to finish TWO people. My first experience was good besides the wait and the painful pedicure. 2nd time, the man at the first chair you see straight ahead when you open the door was arguing with a woman, a paying CUSTOMER. He literally yelled and argued back and forth and yelled at her several times to shut up! That same day, Jordan did my pedicure and cut my toenails so low one of them bled constantly. The skin under my toe was showing. He ended up wrapping it in a bandaid before I left. He puts the clippers too close to the skin and it hurts. The whole pedicure was painful. On my last visit, the same man who argued with the woman was VERY rude to me. He was rough doing my nails and yelled at me, “lady, hurry up and pick your color” when I couldn’t find what I wanted. I snapped him up and he argued back with me as well. That same day, a few minutes later, a lady worker got mad at another customer over a simple request, and took her gloves off and stormed off. I will never be back to these rude people. Very unprofessional. Jordan is very nice besides his painful pedicures though.

Great experience, I love getting my nails done here when I come home. Very accommodating and did my nails exactly as I asked.
