I am a fan of this place! The Nail Technicians are progressional and have excellent customer service. Even when they are super busy they still tend to move efficiently helping all of their customers as quickly as they can. My favorite Technician is Nancy! She does a wonderful job making my feet beautiful! Hey Ladies and Gentlemen let's learn to be more generous with our tips, especially when getting a pedicure. Having someone clean and treat our feet is something we shouldn't take for granted!

Tina was great! I went in after work, Saturday evening. Initially I came in for a fill in, but my nails were so bad :( Tina tried, she really did try to fix my nails. I came to the conclusion I needed to just get rid of them. She was so patient and was not pushy at all. She was gentle with removing my old nails. Its been my experience in the past, that nail techs would rather pull the nail off and be done with it. We were there past closing time, because she made sure every detail was perfect and I was happy. She never rushed the job, even when everyone was leaving to go home. She is so sweet and a perfectionist! She also did my eyebrows for me. I want to point out the fact that she washed her hands and applied sanitize before touch my face :)))

Usually come here and see Nancy due to get patience with my mom. Owner is nasty, mean and impatient. Don't be nasty to people that pay you.

Absolute terrible experience here. I went to get a fill in and immediately the nail tech picks up a drill to use on my nails. I told her that I don’t want the drill but she couldn’t understand me. She proceeded to dig the drill deep into my nail and destroyed my nail. I told her that it burned and she still didn’t understand what I was saying. I removed my hands from hers and was prepared to wait for someone else to assist me. Long story short, I’ll never go back. Happy enough I went up the street to the nail salon in the next marketplace next to Publix. Thank you Judy!

Their customer service is bad... when walking in I was not greet at first then a man from the back of the nail salon yell how can I help you. I stated I want to get my eyelash done. He didn't say okay or have a seat...just nothing. I wait 10min just for a lady to come to me and say can you come back later, because I'm busy.
