I NEVER DO REVIEWS!!! BUT THE SERVICE HERE WAS RIDICULOUSLY RUDE!!! I am not from this area and already had my nails done from another place. Came here to get one nail fixed. When I got in the chair I asked 3-4x to see the selection of gel polishes so that I could find the best color to match the polish I had on the rest of my nails. When I asked to see the difference between 2 possible colors, the man fussed and said he would only bring one. When the one I chose proved to not be a match, I stopped from adding another coat and asked to do the other color. He fussed more, told me he would not repaint my nail, that he had more customers, that it was taking too long for one nail and I could just pay him for fixing the nail. WOW! Infuriated but still VERY nice and calm, I asked him to proceed with the other color so that I can leave and have my nails done for an event I had. He stormed off, Got the color and finished my nail. I don't know what the whole shop is like... But because of him alone, I'd NEVER come back!!!!

I regularly get a pedicure here and wax. It's always been a good experience. I really like the way they shape my brows.

Unfortunately I have had horrible experiences here. Customer service is really bad. I had an appointment scheduled and the technician was not available. I was assigned to another technician but was then asked to get up and wait halfway through getting my nails done because the technician that I was assigned to had another appointment. I ended up being 2 hrs late for an event that I needed to attend and then was overcharged for my service
