Dirty, poorly run, the best injectors do not work there anymore...what happened here??? There is one remaining RN injector (Rachel) who is great but I come there for Chrissy so i'm not going there again. The owners have really let the place go. There isn't even complimentary water anymore! The girls who work the desk are far from professional & the new uniform is crappy T-shirts that say 344 Beauty Bar....apparently makeup is not a thing either. So odd...this is a BEAUTY bar...or it was. There's no client loyalty/repeat business appreciation anymore and I felt like a dollar sign being herded to the register. I'm done. I've found another place where clients are treated properly and where they take hygiene seriously.

Love this place!! Went in for a facial and had such an incredible experience! I was immediately offered a refreshment and the aesthetician was extremely thorough in her treatment. I had originally scheduled a facial that was not recommended for rosacea- after reviewing my concerns and better understanding my needs, she was able to make a better suggestion and I absolutely loved the way it made my face feel! Would definitely recommend this place!

Incredibly accommodating and professional staff. I’ve enjoyed every appointments service and the personality’s who provide them. It’s a considerable distance from my home but worth the trip for the quality of the care.

Huge bump and bruise after botox.
I had gone here on and off for several years, had seen several different nurses for botox. Usually they did a good job, but I would always have to come back after a month or so for a follow up because they didn't use enough on my trouble spots.
Just before New Year's, I went in and saw a new nurse, and ended up with 2 huge bruises, one of which turned into a welt
2 weeks later, I'm still having people ask me about 2 weeks later, I'm still having people ask me Who gave me the black eye
I did contact the office manager, and told her that this type of situation warranted something in terms of additional services, but they refused
I do take an Anti-inflammatory, which sometimes results in a tiny spot at the injection site, which goes away after a few hours, so she told me this was on me
I've never had anything this bad before going for botox, So I won't be using them again
