Did not tell us prior to appointment made on the phone or before services rendered they would only take cash payment, yelled at me and my step mom in front of my 6 year old for about 20 minutes, then the man put his hands in my moms wallet to see just how much cash she had to force us to give him whatever cash we did have and to pay the rest by debit card. The woman continued to yell and shoved her “bills” in my face to show me that she would only finish if we payed in cash... NEVER GOING BACK!!!

Maybe next time they won’t scrape the skin off my feet so bad they were raw. I get pedicures regularly so there was no reason for this to happen as the skin on my feet are well maintained. Also some guy came into the lobby from the office and literally blared some awful music, like why couldn’t you just stay in the office? I’ll stick to my regular place.

Went for my first pedicure last Thurs. Never will I got back. They did not clean tools after each person's pedi!!! My nails snagged the sheets and I had chips off the big toes by friday afternoon!!!

I used to go when Connie was there and she was great but she has moved back to her other store. There is a guy name Mike who doesn't speak english working there. He is horrible. Two of my acrylic nails were ripped off a day later. The acrylic nails tips are so thin the tips are ripping off. This was after he fixed it too! It also took him 5 tries to get my nail color the color I asked for. This experience with Mike has happened three times. I was told Connie had to fire him but he was back when I went two weeks ago. I will never go to this place again. It is too bad Connie isn't there and she continues to employee Mike.
