In town a few months ago for a wedding. Bride recommended Ninas for a manicure. Myself and one other woman went, we're told that gel manicure is best, won't chip and lasts for weeks. We are the types who never get our nails done, so we asked if it would be easy to remove. Yes, we were told. I asked if I'd be able to remove myself with regular polish remover. Yes, they said. We went ahead, got beautiful manicures. After a week, I'm ready to take the stuff off, my nails are getting too long. Didn't come off. Looked up videos of how to remove..tried soaking, buffing, scraping..I couldn't get it all off. Had to visit a salon and pay more money for removal. They did a great job at Ninas, but I wish they had told the whole truth about removing gel polish. Also, place was not very clean at all, dusty as heck.

Stopped in for an eyebrow wax. Based on the review I saw in here, I asked for Nina. Overall quality of my wax was great and for a good deal! So I would give 5 stars for that!
However, if you’re looking for professionalism or customer service, you will not get that here. When walking in there were 3 employees who were sitting down with no customers. They didn’t necessarily greet me, just asked what I want done. When I got back to Nina in the waxing room, there was one other worker back there but I heard 3 voices...
After about 2 mins in, I realized that Nina was on the phone (speaker phone). I could barely get a word in to tell her my request for my shape.
The service was quick and turned out great, but with the lack of professionalism and customer service that’s what took my 5 down to 3 stars.
Would I go back?
For brows - Absolutely.
For a full nail service? No...I couldn’t imagine spending a full hour (or longer) in there.

I love this place! They always do a great job on my nails. Very inexpensive too. Great service.

Long wait but worth it! I love the energy the staff gives off. This was my first time here but you can tell they have rapport with their regular customers. Even though I came close to closing time, they still took their time to make sure my nails were done properly. I should surely recommend clearing your schedule and doing business with them.

Since the relocation of the salon, the quality of Nina’s services have declined tremendously. On top of that, the salon is never clean at all. I visited Nina to get my eyelashes done and once she was completed, the lashes were too spaced out, and a large amount of glue was visible. The lashes were quickly put on without care or precision and looked as if i could have applied them myself. Whenever complaining about your service to Nina, she gets highly offended so whenever I let her know i was unsatisfied she became very upset and did not try to help improve the mistakes she had made. She even threatened to call the police on me because i told her i couldn’t pay for what she did because it looked just that bad. after more than 10 years of going to Nina’s i will never return. She cares more about getting money than customer satisfaction. Please stay away from this nail salon and go somewhere that you can get what you paid for and not have to worry about being insulted because you voice your dislikes about the service you receive.
