Awesome place. Started coming here when my other place closed. Never had a hot stone massage on my legs during a pedicure and it was great! This is definitely my new go-to place! I loved it! They even have scent choices for your water and lotions! So cool!

I have been receiving wonderful service here for years, spending money there that I thought worth every penny. Today, however, I had a very poor experience. My toenails were cut extremely short, the technician was not careful resulting in filing my skin painfully multiple times, and the nail polish was messy. I attempted to address my concerns throughout unsuccessfully. I am so sad that when I talked to the manager, she was not receptive to my feedback even after seeing the previous 9 visits indicated on my "punch card." They offered me no discount initially. When I respectfully protested they reduced it by $5. I did not have them give me the 10th punch on my card that would result in a free manicure, because even if it was free I would not go back. Very disappointed. I do not recommend this establishment any longer.

Usually like it here- clean, staff are kind, and good results.
However, make sure you keep track of what services you are supposed to get. A friend and I went for pedicures today. She got the parafin hand was we paid for, but mine was forgotten. By the time I realized it should have already taken place, it was too late.

Went in yesterday for a pedicure and had a horrible experience. If you want to get your money's worth and not feel rushed, DONT go here. Not only are their services overpriced but most of the staff is very rude. When I reached out to management about my experience, I was ignored. Such a shame because the salon is beautiful.

Currently getting a pedicure here and the employees are SO rude. Talking bad about customers in front of their faces. Google translate is not hard to use, it’s 2018. If I could leave zero stars I would.
