WOW I have never been so impressed. I was immediately amazed by ALL of the color options they had for dip. I had NEVER seen so many! The older sweet man (can’t remember his name 😥) did my nails. He did a perfect job. I have to have my nails short and thick for work and he made them look so natural and SO SMOOTH. He is very nice and very attentive. I will be definitely be back and I’m definitely telling all my friends!

Went with a group of 4 for pedis for friend's birthday and from the second we walked in, we felt like they didn't want us there. And there was at least a couple of hours before they closed.
Didn't give us an option for gel polish, just told us to "pick a color" (regular). I picked a matte royal blue and by the time it was all done, she didn't even ask if it was what I wanted, and just shiny gloss polished over it... when I asked if I could have it matte the way I picked it, she laughed, got up and walked away. They never even told us when they were done. Just all 4 walked off without saying a word. So we all sat there for about 10 minutes or so before assuming we were done, only because we saw them go and start on other customers nails.. My toes were chipped by the 3rd day.. first time going and never going back..

I recently moved to the area and after looking for a new, regular nail salon, I think I’ve found it! My friend and I came in on a Saturday afternoon, had almost no wait and were able to pick out from a huge selection of gel colors. Everything was clean and organize and Helen was phenomenal for my pedicure. She asked if the water was too hot/too cold, she asked if I liked the pressure, her massage was great and the polish was perfect! Best of all, the pedicure options are great as is the price. I’m so glad I don’t have to drive all the way to Alliance Town Center for a pedicure!

I have new Tech now that Pauline isn’t there anymore. I think Kelly is really nice. She’s very creative and she understand my wants well. I recommend Kelly for sure! There are time where other staff are not as welcoming as they should be, knowing that you are spending money! This is why I took off one star. Attitude is everything when you are providing a service. Overall this is a nice nail salon

First time coming to Day Spa Nails, Chi Greeted me as I walked in the door, I asked her what time do you guys open tomorrow morning she said I will take care of you now mind you it was 30 minutes till closing. I have been Searching for a good tech their so hard to find I know now I have found one she is the best. My Nail Tech Chi is better than yours🙈
