I don’t usually do reviews but after the horrible service I received today, it was a must! My nails are a disaster & Tom the nail tech/ owner, was rude & has a very smart mouth. My nails are crooked, the paint is sloppy & all over my fingers. When I asked for it to be wiped off of my skin I was told it would come off when I washed my hands 😑. He eventually wiped SOME of it off (with an attitude) after I asked for some polish remover so I could do it myself. So I left very unhappy with the service that I received. I definitely did not get what I paid for. I will not be going back & would not recommend this place to anyone. 👎👎

Went there yesterday evening 530 pm to be exact. Full set and pedi $92. $103 after tip.. didn't get out of there till 730... wake up this morning and my gems are falling off. If I wanted to waste money I would have bought glue ons from family dollar!

They try to get u in and out which can be a good thing but they will rush polishing ur nails sloppy. If u want to be simple n quick cool...but go to Tom.

My daughter and I came to get our nails done. I was not asked what kind of service I wanted all they knew was a full set. They have their services on display but was not asking exactly which service we wanted. Then the service I wanted he didn’t know how to do it when you sculpt a nail you use a nail form for the simple fact easier to size. I told him I wanted sculpted nails he was not sure at first another person in their language said something and it ended up in a full mess he never asked about MY DESIRED LENGTH he just went on to do what he wanted, they were uneven misshapened ( if that is a word) my daughter had the same experience the woman asked about length but seemed to have an attitude when she wanted a specific shape ( coffin) and because she wanted longer nails she purposely cut into her length making the coffin shape. We both were trying to have a good experience and get semi pampered. I am a licensed nail technician and I was giving them business because I wanted pampered. But as always their customer service skills suck. They are not cordial to customers and do not like when they are told to do as the customer wishes after all we pay them. Anything short of safety and integrity of a service the customer has a right to what they want. I will NEVER go back and will not recommend them to anyone. Oh btw, when my daughter asked for hand sanitizer to use on her hand because she wiped her nose so she didn’t have to touch germs both my nail tech and hers had a look of amazement on their faces of not understanding they gave her alcohol. Then said something in their language. The nail brushes at the sink were not in disinfectant I was not using brushes after all those people before me, they didn’t make anyone wash nor did they sanitize hands for those coming in to get a service. ITS FLU SEASON!!!!

Tom is THE rudest nail tech I have ever met! He did a great job on my nails however his nasty attitude made me want to pour acrylic in his mouth! He complained about how much work it was to do my manicure because I had stiletto shaped nails and huffed and puffed like a teenage girl..isn't that why I pay to have my nails done,so you do whatever design,shape,etc I want to my nails? He was
absolutely disgusting...never again.
