I've been a loyal customer at Nailpro for quite some time. Unfortunately yesterday's visit will be my last. I guess they don't practice customer appreciation. I came to the salon on Wednesday morning to get my nails done. I got matte nails with two gold with some rhinestones. Within an hour of getting them done, I'm at work and almost all of my rhinestones fell off. I don't work in a job that requires loads of physical labor either. I contacted my nail tech as soon as I noticed. He told me to come in tomorrow. I did but he wasn't there so I came back the following afternoon. Well, that's when I was informed that rhinestones don't stay on matte nails. Had he told me this before, I would've gotten something different... So I decided to just stick to matte. My initial manicure cost me $55. I left a $15 tip. I was a little surprised at the initial price since I've been charged $50 for nails that are completely covered in rhinestones that took much more time/work. But no big deal....until the nail tech decided to charge me an extra $15 to FIX them!!! No design or anything. It's not so much about the money as it is about the principle and lack of customer appreciation. I mentioned it to him and he says "I could've charged you $25 instead" as if he's doing me a favor by over charging me for his own mistake. I go to this salon at least twice per month and have no problem throwing around some cash. But don't take advantage of and hustle me. Not even my hair stylist or tattoo artist charge me to fix something within a day or two. So unfortunately because of this, I will not be returning. I have promoted and ranted and raved about this place in the past... But I've taken down those reviews and will no longer send people this way since I don't want what happened to me to happen to others. It's a shame because I really did love this salon. I swore by it. But not anymore. Good business is honest business.... Buyer beware.

I'm a woman who is very particular about her nails. I wasn't able to get my nails done in Cranston before a wedding in Warwick and began Yelping nail salons near downtown. I came across NAIL PRO BEAUTE' SPA and boy were my expectations exceeded!
Although by appointment only, I called shortly after they opened for an appointment only 20 minutes later. They were able to get me in with no problem!
Kim was beyond friendly and very easy to talk to! She is very professional and did an excellent job with my shellac.
If you're near downtown and find yourself looking for a nail salon, 11/10 recommend NAIL PRO BEAUTE' SPA.

I brought my daughter in for a gel fill which I thought was going to be $25 as that's what's posted on the sign... When it was time to pay I was told $35. When I inquired why I was told the polish that she chose was an extra $10. There was no sign posted explaining this or on the book of colors that she chose from, Nor did the person doing the nails advise the same. Although they did a good job I will not be taking her back.

Very busy nail salon all the help was super busy. They did a great job on my daughter. However I believe it's time for them to service or replace some of the equipment. It's the only reason they didn't get a five star rating

Horrible. I got a gel manicure on my natural nails and the lady didn’t paint all the way down to my cuticle so when I left it looked like I had them already for a week and they peeled off three days after DONT go here
