Beware of purchasing their Groupon. It turns out that if you have been a previous customer of theirs you don't apply when purchasing a Groupon, which is understandable except for the fact that it does not atate that at all in the vouchers fine print.
I called to make an appointment and the employee that took my call told me that I had to pay the difference of their services upon arrival since I didn't apply. If you all know how Groupon works, you pay the voucher for the services provided. Of course if you want to add anything else not stated in the voucher, you pay additional for it.
The employee on the phone told me after I argued with her that it was the owners politics and rules. Again NOT STATED IN THE VOUCHER. If that were the case the Groupon ahooldhave said in the fine print, applies to first time customers only.
They are scamming customers which isn't right. People now think that they can make their own rules on their own terms. The fine print is what counts, not verbal regulations.
I was very disappointed in the way that was handled but I definitely will not be returning to this establishment.

I went there to get an eyelash extension. Told the girl I wanted a short and natural pair of eyelashes, nothing too exaggerated. My surprise was an awful pair of low quality eyelashes and not what I asked for. I told her to remove them and she used a product that irritated my eyes and left me with blurry vision for a few days. I had glue on my eyelashes for almost a week and lost a few of them. Even after that, she wanted to charge me for removing them. They use poor quality products and not the correct tools. She also took a picture without my permission while my eyes were closed.

I highly recommend this place. Excellent service, great, professional and capable staff. Rosie cares my hair and always do an excellent job. My nails and skin look awesome. Thank you ladies for having me all the time!
