The service is poor. The ppl are not trained to do designs, I was going for pedicure, it seems that's the only way to receive service by saying you are getting a pedicure. I sat down she started the pedicure by which I requested two design then she told me to wait. Wait my pedicure is not complete I have to wait while other customers receive service before me BC she can't do designes but started the pedicure process. Which now I'm waiting longer BC other technicians that can do the work have clients. I was forced to pay for the wetting my feet and not completing my service of full pedicure. I left after paying 15 bucks and went somewhere else that can finished what they started. She asked me what I wanted I told as if she was the one going to do everything pedicure, paint and polish, she polish everything else except the two big toes so i left waiting for over two hours for a fuccn design. I would Not go back again, its to crowded and service sucks, not enuff nail techs and plus they over charge. Not good.....Chinese womon tried jump fly wit me. Unorganized nail shop you will be sitting waiting longer than usual foot hand nail care...

I returned to get the $10 fill for short nails that they advertise but i was given a higher charge because of my race. The lady made it very obvious that she wasn't going to give me the sale price quoted. She gave me 3 lame excuses why in order to get me to leave. So I left. I only gave a one star bcause there wasn't anything lower. It's very sad that people can own a business and be racially predjudice to any customers that they deem unworthy of being treated fairly. But fortunately Im educated enough to know who to go to in order to get the problem resolved. They never really know who's walking In just to see what's really going on. Ditto!!!
