I recently went to this place and got my eyebrows waxed. When I left I noticed the skin on my right eye under the brow bone was feeling extra pain and tender. I did other errands, however the pain and discomfort continued and when I finally looked my eye in the mirror, I noticed pieces of my skin was missing. The girl had ripped off a large chunk of my lower eye lid off. I went into the spa the following morning because my eye was swollen and extremely bruised like if I had been punched. When I spoke to the owner's husband, he laughed in my face. I asked him if my pain and swollen eye was a joke to him and he said well these things happen. I don't understand how he could just laugh at my pain. This was extremely rude and disrespectful. He didn't seem to care about the pain and how my eye looked. He just said "well ma'am some people eyes are sensitive so we can't be responsible for that. He never apologized for the problem. I have been doing to place for several years along with other family members and we haven't ever had a problem, but it seems they didn't care. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.

**Update, They fixed my nails. The owner is very understanding.
I liked the colors but I hated the shape, I didn't say anything there because I wanted to leave already. But will never do my nails there again.

Elayne did a wonderful job on both my Mani and Pedi. She was detailed, observant, respectful, and offered advice within her scope of training. I appreciated that very much. She went above and beyond to meet my needs and had wonderful things to say about her job, coworkers, and her boss! I'm very impressed with her enthusiasm and positivity. Melinda did my first ever lash perm and she was AMAZING! Both did a phenomenal job! The place was clean and I observed they followed proper sanitation practices. 10 🌟

Love this place. So far, have not found a nail tech who was not polite, personable and they have all made my trip there enjoyable. A bit pricey for the valley, but good place to go.

Love the new expanded space, great atmosphere and top notch service. Milk & Honey pedicure was just what I needed.
