I’ve been seeing Christi Wimmer for haircuts for 8 years now, 6 of which have been at Hair Waves Salon. Christi is a wonderful stylist, great to talk to, and always does a fantastic job. My hair is fairly thick and wavy, but I also don’t like any style that’s too out of the box; Christi always seems to know exactly what I need!
The salon itself is great. It’s in a cute house-like building, is never noisy or crowded, and I’ve never had to wait for my haircut. Highly recommend both Christi and Hair Waves!

I've been getting my hair done here for a little over 2 years now, and I've never been happier.
Gabi is the best stylist I've ever had! She is funny, caring, and makes my whole experience so much incredible! Last time I was there my face hurt from smiling and laughing so much. :) :) :)
Hair Waves is a great neighborhood salon in Cary, NC. It's inviting, comfortable, and everyone there is so friendly and relaxed.
If you're looking for a place to get your hair cut, colored, styled, get a wax, and or, a hair treatment, I recommend no other place than Hair Waves.

I have aging, thin, fine hair. It also grows slow. If I get a poorly thought out haircut, I'm stuck with it for quite a while. Christi listened to me, considered what kind of hair I have and gave me the best cut I think I've ever had! Thanks so much, Christi! You'll be seeing me again!

Christi Wimmer has been cutting my hair for 16 years. She is an excellent hairdresser, and always does what is best for my hair. If she were to recommend that I not do color or not get a perm, it would be because she does not want to damage my hair or scalp. I trust her to do what is best, and as a result I have very healthy hair. I get compliments on my haircuts and color all the time. She is a good friend, and I have recommended her services many times. I won't go to anyone else, and look forward to every visit! Love Ya Christi!!
