Always on time and always remembers what I like. That, on top of wonderful knowledge of hair to get just-the-right look, it just doesn't get any better. I have gray, very thick and heavy hair. I just was not ready to look my age, but didn't want to look like I was pretending either. Rhonda knew just what to do. I have a short-sassy look of blended color that is cut perfectly to keep it from just hanging down like it has all my life. I could have used Rhonda 30 years ago! 5 plus stars!
