Hosted a DIY Credit Repair Workshop. Wasn't told in advance the facility was under construction. Reasonably priced but outdated. I would prefer advance notice to notify attendee's of construction. They have a projector screen and no projector to project 😐.

The pavilion is a nice place to visit. The architecture or the building is nothing special or anything, but the main area is large enough to reserve for events.

Because of the rain, an outdoor concert was moved indoors. Ample room to handle the crowd.

Good parking, easy to get in and out of. Hit an antiques show here and there was plenty of room / minimal crowding. I can't vouch for it as any other venue; however, as this was my first and only visit (so far).

There are three sand volleyball courts. The courts are maintained nicely
