Nails are to thick & bulky.. coating on nails ( which was gel clear polish) peeled off the same day I got them done this is the first nail salon that didn’t soak off my dip-powder nails .(weird ) I would have preferred her to take off all nails if I was having the same thing done ( dip nails ) .I was missing a few nails and now it doesn’t blend in with my old nails because of the style or make of the nail is very different because it’s from 2 different shops I don’t know if she was being lazy and wanted to finish fast or what but I’m very dissatisfied very nice people and very clean shop but the work was very poor very shocking but true

If I could give zero stars I would!!
I walked into the salon just wanting a pedicure. There were only 4 customers and they were all being served. I asked if they take walk ins one lady said yes. Then another lady said no. No one asked what I wanted or offered a business card or ask for me to book an appointment. It was 3pm and they close around 6 pm or 7pm. All the customers that were being attend to were white women. I will never step one foot in there.

I loved Anna. She did an amazing job and pink and white gels the place is covid ready clean and friendly and I was thrilled to be there I also love the Marilyn Monroe picture on the wall I had to throw it in there Anna did it again today deep powder nails second pic

They just lost a customer. I come here because I like how they do my eyebrows but today they just tell me “not today” with no explanation. It was not busy in there and they had staff. Unprofessional.

I have been to many nails salon and recently went to a different one than Victoria's nail & spa and left with my nails shaped differently from one hand to the other and felt rushed and pressured to add additional services and nail colors. At Victoria's I showed them my concerns with my current nails as they were done misshapen as round on one hand and oval on the other. They also helped me on deciding on a color which was a very professional, comfortable experience. I felt like I was with a friend helping pick out colors. My nail technician was Christine and she was AMAZING. She was professional, friendly, and it was very apparent that she takes pride in her work and art. She reshaped my nails to the way I want and did an amazing job on my overall manicure. The salon was clean, the ladies professional, friendly, and a comfortable environment. They had CDC guidelines visible and were prepared in following those guidelines to keep themselves and their customers safe. I really appreciate that since I have a young son at home and I myself am at a higher risk with a compromised immune system. I will definitely be returning to Victoria's Nails & Spa, you guys are doing a great job especially in hard times and appreciate your work, professionalism, friendliness, and the way you are following CDC guideline. ❤
