Love the environment, very calming and clean! They make sure you feel comfortable and I’ve never left unsatisfied! Definitely would recommend! Isaac is such a wonderful technician, and the rest of the staff is so friendly!

Absolutely the best place in Cheyenne for a pedicure. The facility is very clean and open. Melany was amazing! She was friendly, courteous, attentive and talented. She made sure the water temperature was just right and that I was always comfortable. She made my experience very pleasant and I'm so grateful! The prices are very reasonable as well! I won't be going anywhere else from now on!

This was my first time visiting. I'll start by saying the facility was clean and the staff was very nice. They also had a nice selection of colors. The prices were higher than I normally pay. I paid $42 for a fill with gel polish and $66 for a deluxe pedicure (#3) with gel polish. The tech that did my manicure and pedicure was kind, but it definitely seemed as though he did not know what he was doing. Another technician stop the full set she was doing to work on my nails. They turned out nice after they were filed, smoothed, and shaped properly. So I figured I would still give the pedicure a chance, but I wish I had not. They put my hands in parrafin wax which was nice.
The same tech put my feet in the water, pulled them out, clipped my nails and semi cleaned them, did a quick scrub of my feet, rinsed them dried and painted my toes. He then put the paraffin wax on and hot towels, let them sit, a little bit more lotion and rubbed each a few times with hot stones without really any massage and said all done. 😐 This totalled maybe 15-17 minutes from start to finish. The longest part was the three coats of gel polish. The entire time I watched everyone who had been there prior to me and who stayed way longer than me and wished I had anyone but him because they were all being treated very well! I'm so disappointed that I didn't get a better technician because I think it would have been a lot nicer.
This entire visit took around 2 hours, mainly time doing my nails. I'm satisfied with the way my nails and toes turned out but the price and description did not match the service I expected. Out the door it cost $129.00. I left a 20% tip regardless of service because the tech basically held the card machine while I entered it. I'm not sure I will go there again, but if I do I will definitely request someone else. I give it two stars this time because everyone else in the shop seemed fine.

Went in today for the deluxe package pedicure, and Mel was awesome. She took her time, and was super friendly. I will definitely be going back to see her. And..my toes look awesome!!

Got my nails done by Isaac and he did great! Everyone in there is so friendly and welcoming, the nail salon itself is super clean. I would highly recommend lady Q to anyone, you won't be dissapointed.
