I used to love coming to this nail salon. I had a bad experience and I said I would never go back. But, then again I decided to give them a chance because the owners are very nice people. The lady who did my pedicure was horrible. She literally wet my feet then so call " cleaned " them and the whole thing took less than 10 min. I was shock!!!! Then I had to repeat to her what I wanted. She didn't understand. She did my manicure and never cleaned my cutitles. And let's not talk about the nail polish. So upsetting.

They used to take their time to do your nails in a way that lasted for a good price but Ive always been leary of their lack of cleanliness. They dont change the tools with each client it appears that the owner has all the new supplies & the nail techs have to ask for replacements whenever their tools get too old. I once saw them put tools in the sterilizer but then they plugged the UV light into the same powerstrip & I realized the power wasnt even on. Its one of the few places left that fo acrylics but theyre thick & sometimes lumpy- they will fix mistakes if you ask them to though.

Not bad it’s a cheap place to get work done. If you need something quick and don’t have time I would go here but the quality is what you pay for

I have been getting my nails done by Stephanie for the past year and always have a great experience. Stephanie ( the Owner) is very sweet, fast and does a fabulous job! Totally check them out if you're on this side of town. PS. They also give an FIT discount :)

DO NOT COME HERE! Many of my fellow FIT students have complained to me about their poor service, but I learnt my lesson the hard way. I've been coming here since 2015 and I've never had an issue with them. Cut back to this May when I went for a regular mani pedi and had to come back the next day due to the polish already chipping! They gave me a hard time but eventually agreed to fix it for me FREE of charge. It is only AFTER they fixed it that the manager asked me to pay for the service. (You don't tell a customer you can fix something for free then ask for payment afterwards). They eventually let it go and I left. TODAY, I go back in for another mani pedi, the salon is full so the manager suggests that I come back in 25 mins. I came back when he said and he tells me it will be another 30 mins. I asked him if it would be better that I just stay and wait and he proceeds to REFUSE me service as he says, "I remember you from last time, you complained too much the last time you were here, we don't want you back, find another place". Confused and shocked, I asked the man why (as a customer) I am not allowed to complain to the point that he denies me service? He just kept repeating very aggressively, "You can't complain, find another place". So my fellow New Yorkers, if you would like to get your nails done and not be afraid that a SINGLE complaint will result in the manager refusing you service, I suggest you DO NOT come to this DISGUSTING establishment. I'll be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. PLEASE take your hard earned money to a more respectful establishment that makes you feel comfortable and does not discriminate against you!
