I've been coming here on and off for years mostly for acrylics and the occasional pedicure. Nelly usually does my acrylics and does an absolutely beautiful job. I highly recommend seeing her. However today I went in for a pedicure and it was the second time I walked out unsatisfied so I feel like it's time to say something. The last pedicure I had I walked out and looked down at my toes to find that they were not fully polished and the sides had gaps of polish. I decided to try another pedicure today and was pleased when I saw that the owner would be doing it because I figured she would do it well. I was wrong. From the beginning it felt rushed. During the pedicure she went so deep when cutting my cuticles that it hurt and left me with a cut. Additionally when I walked out I saw that my nails had been filed uneven and crookedly, polish and clear coat were on my skin as she had not taken the time to clean up around the nail. There were also parts of my nail where polish had missed. I also had dead dry skin peeling left on the bottom of my feet. For $25 I'm not expecting the best pedi in the world however I definitely don't appreciate the lack of effort and care that went into this one I could have done it better myself and saved money. Most likely will not be returning here at least for a pedicure.

Nice job updating the decor. Looks great. Ladies do an awesome job.

They charged me $22 to remove old gel on a few nails and clear-coat manicure. Ehhh, not so sure about this one. 😒

I've never had an issue with the salon owner, Stephanie takes care of me for my appointments and I like her, she does a good job & will talk with you while providing good service and the nail polish that's used here isn't cheap👍🏾
