If I could give no stars, I would. What is the use in making an appointment, well in advance, if you aren’t going to uphold that commitment? Absolutely rude. Had a 6:15 appointment and waited 30 minutes with zero acknowledgement from a single staff member. We ended up leaving and will not be back. When you are a small business and have customers trying to support you, the least you could do is offer basic courtesy and service. Shame on you Deluxe Nails.

I was very happy with the service for SNS nails at Deluxe Nail Spa in Lebanon! I walked in, barely had to wait, and they were so quick doing my manicure/SNS. I was in and out within an hour and my tech, Kim, did an amazing job! Plus it was a great price for what I got! I will definitely be back, and highly recommend!

Will never be back got my nails done 5 days ago an my nails are chipping. There very rude an rough. They over charge for horrible work.
