We had to wait beyond our appointment but it was a graduation weekend so very busy. I was very impressed with the entire staff, the vibe of the salon and my nails were exactly what I asked for.

Some times when I just walk in I have to wait a bit because they are busy. But they do a great job and it's worth the wait.
